Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of 3D printing, 3D scanning, and modelling services by Bandhdelta Pty Ltd, directed by Olivia Evans, located at 142 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. By placing an order via our contact form, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Booking

An order is considered formalised once the client provides the necessary digital files (STL, STEP, or similar) and pays the required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our safety policies, as detailed in our disclaimer.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices listed on our services page are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The minimum order value for any project is A$45. For requests requiring expedited production, an urgent fee of 30% will be added to the total cost.

4. Payments and Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required before work commences. For B2B clients, payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice. All payments must be made to Bandhdelta Pty Ltd. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the withholding of the final product.

5. Revisions and Cancellations

Clients are entitled to minor adjustments if the result deviates from the agreed technical specifications. However, changes to the original 3D model after printing has started will be treated as a new order. Cancellations made after the printing process has begun will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Intellectual Property

The client retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the models they provide. Bandhdelta Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of client-supplied designs. Where modelling services are provided by us, the final STL/STEP file is transferred to the client upon full payment. We do not print copies of protected trademarks or copyrighted works without written permission.

7. Liability and Prohibited Items

We maintain a dimensional tolerance of 0.2 mm. We are not liable for the failure of a part if it is used in an application for which the chosen material is not suited. We strictly prohibit the printing of weapons, weapon parts, medical implants, or certified aerospace/automotive components. Any attempt to order such items will result in immediate order termination.

8. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Clients have a right to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our team at [email protected] or by calling (07) 3484 1882 will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane.

For matters regarding data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
