Engineering Precision in the Heart of Brisbane
Bandhdelta is a dedicated 3D printing and prototyping studio providing technical manufacturing solutions for engineers, architects, and designers. Since our founding in 2018, we have focused on bridging the gap between digital concepts and physical reality through additive manufacturing.
Our Studio and Capabilities
Located in Brisbane City, our 85 m² production facility is designed for efficiency and precision. We operate a fleet of 14 machines, ranging from high-speed FDM printers for rapid prototyping to high-resolution SLA machines for intricate detail. Our current technical capacity allows for a maximum build volume of 400x400x400 mm, enabling us to handle both small components and larger structural models.
We work with a diverse range of industrial materials to ensure the final part meets the specific requirements of the project. Our inventory includes PLA and PETG for general modelling, ABS for engineering-grade durability, and both Standard and Tough Resins for high-precision SLA outputs. This versatility allows us to serve clients from the initial concept phase through to functional testing.
The Bandhdelta Team
Our operations are managed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists who ensure that every project is technically viable and delivered on schedule. We believe in transparent communication and technical accuracy over marketing promises.

Our Operational Approach
Every project at Bandhdelta follows a structured workflow to eliminate errors. We begin with a thorough review of the client's digital files to ensure they are manifold and printable. Once the material is selected based on the part's intended use, we configure the print parameters for optimal strength and surface finish. After printing, parts undergo a quality check against the provided specifications, maintaining a dimensional tolerance of 0.2 mm.
We provide a comprehensive suite of services, from initial 3D modelling to final post-processing. For those unfamiliar with additive manufacturing, we offer detailed technical guidance in our knowledge base to help you prepare your files correctly.
Our commitment is to provide reliable, repeatable results for the Brisbane engineering community. Whether it is a single functional prototype or a small production series, we apply the same rigorous standards to every build. Photos of the completed parts are provided before shipping to ensure client satisfaction.
